Bishop secures Kluge Fellowship

Dr Chris Bishop, lecturer with the School of History, has been awarded a presitgious Kluge Fellowship to to further his research toward an upcoming publication on ‘Medievalism and the Modern Comic Book’.

Bishop will take up residency at the John W. Kluge Center of the Library of Congress in Washington, USA in early 2013.

The highly competitive fellowship round is awarded annually to up to ten scholars to conduct research using the Library of Congress resources and collections.

Dr Bishop is currently lecturing The French Revolution and Napoleonic Europe in the School of History.
